Center for Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development
The Center for Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development at NTOU aims to carry out matters related to university social responsibility (USR) and sustainable development goals (SDG). The center integrates and coordinates relevant administrative and educational affairs both within and outside the campus.
Internally: Taking stock of existing resources within the university, the center integrates and coordinates various administrative and academic units to infuse the spirit of social responsibility and sustainable development into teaching, research, school governance, and community service. It initiates comprehensive campus-wide promotion, fulfilling the university's commitment to a sustainable campus.
Externally: Effectively executing social responsibility practices and sustainable development efforts, the center assists internal teams in engaging in social responsibility initiatives and actively seeks external resources for the university. It oversees the university's sustainable development initiatives externally, leveraging its social influence.
The center is a primary unit within our university, and its overall structure consists of three sections: the "University Social Responsibility Section," the "Sustainable Development Section," and the "Institutional Research Section."
