We will provide free email service for student and alumni. They can continue use this email after graduation. They can receive the school-related education and class information by this service. They can continue to keep in touch past teachers, classmates or seniors through the original email account. Another they can continue receive the certification information when they subscribe to this service in school. Currently, there are 60551 email account.

Sustainable impact: This email service contributes to SDG4.3.5 by promoting sustainable access to education-related information beyond graduation, supporting lifelong learning. By allowing students and alumni to retain their email accounts, it ensures continuous access to school-related updates, courses, and certifications, regardless of their status post-graduation. This service fosters long-term connections with teachers and peers, further encouraging participation in learning opportunities.

提供本校畢業學生和校友可免費永久使用本校email服務,讓他們可接收學校相關教育和上課訊息,藉此得知後續進修管道和資訊;可持續維持過去老師、同學或學長學弟間情感;讓學生和校友在校時用該信箱訂閱的網路相關服務,可持續接收和訂閱認證,避免因email帳號關掉,而導致相關服務認證無法取得,現今提供信箱有60551個。

  1. Staff Training of NTOU本校員工訓練

Enhancing the capabilities of faculty and staff, as well as maintaining their physical and mental well-being, are key factors in fostering the growth and sustainability of the school. In 2023, our school organized environmental education workshops for staff and implemented an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to help improve work quality and efficiency, while also assisting colleagues in managing emotional stress in their daily work:1. **Environmental Education Workshop for Faculty and Staff**: In response to climate change and the global emphasis on ecological conservation, environmental education has become an urgent issue, closely linked to various school goals. To raise awareness of ecological protection among faculty and staff, and to encourage the integration of sustainability concepts into their work, our school held the 2023 Environmental Education Workshop for Faculty and Staff on June 9, 2023, at the Longgang Trail. A professional instructor guided staff members through the trail, providing insights into its biodiversity and the outcomes of ecological conservation efforts. The workshop was open for voluntary registration, and despite being held on a workday, 40 faculty and staff members participated in the learning experience. 2. **Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) Course**:On May 24, 2023, our school organized an Employee Assistance Program, inviting Liang Ting, a certified instructor from Taiwan Mindfulness Workshop, to share the principles of "MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction)." Through mindfulness and self-awareness techniques, the instructor led faculty and staff in meditation exercises, helping them alleviate emotional stress and anxiety in their daily work, thus promoting mental and physical health and enhancing work performance. A total of 47 faculty and staff members voluntarily participated in the course.

Sustainable impact: contribute to SDG4.3.5 by providing faculty and staff with ongoing professional development opportunities and promoting well-being, essential elements of lifelong learning. The 2023 Environmental Education Workshop fosters awareness of sustainability and ecological conservation, encouraging staff to integrate these concepts into their roles. Additionally, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which includes MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) courses, helps staff manage stress and maintain mental well-being, enhancing both personal and professional growth. These efforts create a sustainable and supportive work environment aligned with educational equity and access.

教職員增能及教職員之身心健康是使學校邁向成長及永續的重要環節,本校於112年辦理教職員環境教育研習並落實員工協助方案,協助員工增進業務品質與效率,並幫助同仁於日常工作中紓緩情緒壓力:一、教職員環境教育研習:因應氣候變遷及全球對生態保育之重視,環境教育現已成為刻不容緩之議題,亦與本校各項校務目標息息相關。為增進本校教職員之生態保護意識,並使教職員將環境永續概念應用於各項業務中,本校於11269日於龍崗步道辦理112年度之教職員環境教育研習,邀請專業講師帶領本校教職員工們一同探訪校內之龍崗步道,了解其中之生物多樣性及生態保育成果。本次研習採教職員自由報名方式辦理,雖活動時間為上班日,但亦計有40位教職員工自發參與學習。 二、員工協助方案 -- MBSR正念減壓課程:本校於112524日辦理員工協助方案,邀請臺灣正念工坊特約講師梁庭至本校分享「MBSR正念減壓」,利用正念及自我覺察之方式,帶領教職員進行冥想練習,協助同仁於日常工作中紓緩情緒壓力及焦慮,以促進身心健康,提升工作效能。當天課程計有47位教職員工自發參與。

Through on-site visits to companies, students can understand the current status of the industry, and help them gain exposure to corporate structures, business concepts and internal operations, absorb learning from them, and turn them into valuable experience in planning future career development and employment directions, providing students with valuable experience in college.
