1. Energy Conservation Task Force Meeting 節能工作小組會議

In recent years, the government has taken the lead in promoting energy conservation. Under the “Energy Conservation and Efficiency Improvement Program for Government Agencies and Schools (2024–2026),” energy usage is regularly monitored and assessed. Using 2023 as the base year, the program aims to improve overall electricity efficiency by 3% by 2026. In line with the Executive Yuan's implementation of this program, our school convenes regular meetings to establish annual energy-saving targets and corresponding measures. These goals and actions are reviewed and refined on a yearly basis.

Sustainable Impact: To align with the national “Energy Conservation Enhancement Program for Government Agencies and Schools (2024–2026),” the university has established an institutionalized carbon reduction management process, consistent with SDG 7.2.3.

Using 2023 as the baseline year, the university aims to improve overall electricity efficiency by 3% by 2026. Regular meetings are held to set annual energy-saving targets, formulate implementation strategies, and review progress for continuous improvement.

近年政府帶頭節能，以「政府機關及學校用電節約能源提升計畫」（113～115年）定期管考能源使用情形，以112 年為基期年, 於115 年提升整體用電效率3%，本校為配合行政院執行該計畫，定期召開會議擬定本校年度節能目標與措施，並逐年檢討改善。

永續影響力: 為配合政府推動「政府機關及學校用電節約能源提升計畫」（113～115年），本校以112年為基期年，設定至115年提升整體用電效率3%為目標。校方定期召開節能會議，擬定年度節能目標與執行措施，並每年檢討改進，以落實能源管理與碳減排流程。此舉符合 SDG7.2.3 碳減排管理流程 之指標精神，展現學校透過制度化能源管理與效率提升，持續推動減碳與永續校園建設之具體行動。

2. Net Zero Emissions and Greenhouse Gas Inventory Planning 淨零排放與溫室氣體盤查規劃

The university has set 2024 as the baseline year for the greenhouse gas inventory and plans to formally launch the whole-campus greenhouse gas inventory operation in 2025. This inventory operation serves as the foundation for promoting sustainable campus and carbon reduction actions. Through the inventory, the university can identify campus carbon emission hotspots to guide energy saving and energy management, and link carbon management with disaster prevention resilience, thereby strengthening the overall disaster resistance of the campus.

Sustainable Impact: This action establishes a clear Carbon management and planning process for reducing CO₂ emissions. By setting a baseline year and initiating the whole-campus greenhouse gas inventory operation, the university demonstrates proactive planning capabilities and specifically implements climate action at the management and engineering levels to achieve sustainable campus and carbon reduction goals, meeting the requirement of SDG7.2.3.

學校已將2024年設定為溫室氣體盤查基準年，並計劃於2025年正式啟動全校性溫室氣體盤查作業。此盤查作業是推動永續校園與減碳行動的基礎工程。透過盤查，學校能夠掌握校園碳排熱區，作為推動節能減碳和能源管理的依據，並將碳管理與防災韌性連結，強化校園整體抗災能力。

永續影響力: 該行動建立了明確的碳管理和減少二氧化碳排放的規劃流程。透過設立基準年並啟動全校性溫室氣體盤查作業，學校展現了前瞻規劃能力，將氣候行動具體落實到管理與工程層面，以科學化的方式制定減碳策略，符合SDG 7.2.3對於制定碳減排管理流程的要求.
