教職員健康促進活動的意義在於提升教職員的身心健康,從而提高教學質量和工作效率。教職員健康促進活動的目的是提升教職員的整體健康水平,從而促進更高效、更愉快的工作環境。
永續影響力: 本校推動教職員健康促進活動,旨在維護與提升教職員的身心健康狀況,營造健康、愉快與高效的工作環境。活動透過健康講座、運動課程、心理舒壓工作坊及健康檢測等多元方式,協助教職員建立良好的生活習慣與健康意識。此舉不僅可減少工作壓力與職場倦怠,亦能提升教學與行政效能,促進整體校園活力與凝聚力。透過系統性的健康促進策略,實踐SDG 3「良好健康與福祉」之目標,展現學校對教職員關懷與永續發展的重視。

2. Recreational Activities for Staffs and their family 教職員文康活動
To maintain the physical and mental health of our staff, foster team spirit, and boost morale, our school has consistently promoted the importance of positive leisure activities for faculty and staff over the years. We have continuously organised school-wide recreational activities for staff, providing opportunities for social interaction and relaxation. The 2024 staff recreational event was completed on 23 August 2023, during which staff members were led on visits to " MOUNT DONGYAN " and " Shihmen Reservoir." This allowed participants to gain an in-depth understanding of the natural environment surrounding Taoyuan, while enabling them to relax both physically and mentally through hands-on exploration, thereby enhancing their sense of workplace belonging. The 2024 staff recreational event attracted a large number of participants. On the day of the event, three coaches were arranged, with 92 staff members attending, including retirees and their family members.
Sustainable Impact: The university’s faculty and staff wellness excursion, featuring hiking at Dongyanshan and visits to Shimen Dam, embodies the principles of SDG 3.3.5 and SDG 4.3.4. Designed to promote both physical and mental well-being, the program encourages positive leisure participation, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle habits in line with SDG 3.3.5, which advocates health and wellness activities for employees.
為維護本校員工身心健康、培養團隊精神及鼓舞工作士氣,本校歷年來均積極提倡教職員培養正向休閒活動之重要性,並持續辦理全校性之教職員文康活動,提供教職員間交流聯誼及休閒之機會。本校113年度之教職員文康活動於113年8月23日辦理完竣,帶領教職員走訪「東眼山小百岳」及「石門大壩」,深度了解桃園周邊之自然環境,也使教職員在親身走訪各地的過程中讓身心適度放鬆並增進職場認同感。113年之教職員文康活動吸引了眾多的教職員工共同參與,活動當日計發3部遊覽車,並有92名教職員參加(含退休人員及其家屬)。
永續影響力: 本校辦理教職員文康活動,帶領同仁登山健行與生態導覽,兼具身心健康促進與環境教育功能,鼓勵教職員透過正向休閒與團隊互動培養健康生活型態,呼應 3.3.5 關於「促進員工健康與福祉」的倡議。

3. Occupational health service 職業醫師到校服務
Occupational doctors come to the school to provide services, including: recording promotional videos, work stress consultation, illegal infringement interviews, individual health consultations, special physical examination abnormality explanations, maternal health consultation, human hazard assessment, illegal infringement propaganda, laboratory inspections, etc.
Sustainable Impact: The university invites occupational physicians to provide on-campus health services, including the production of educational videos, work stress counseling, harassment prevention consultations, individual health assessments, maternal health counseling, ergonomic hazard evaluation, and laboratory safety inspections. These initiatives aim to promote physical and mental well-being for both students and staff. Through direct medical consultations and awareness programs, the university establishes a comprehensive occupational and psychological health support system that addresses workplace stress, safety, and preventive care. This initiative exemplifies SDG 3.3.5, which emphasizes providing accessible mental health support and fostering a culture of well-being and resilience within educational institutions.
職業醫師到校服務,服務項目包括:錄製宣導影片、工作壓力諮詢、不法侵害訪談、個別健康諮詢、特殊體檢異常說明、母性健康諮詢、人因性危害評估、不法侵害宣導、實驗室巡檢等。
永續影響力: 學校聘請職業醫師進校服務,提供錄製宣導影片、工作壓力諮詢、不法侵害訪談、個別健康與母性健康諮詢、特殊體檢異常說明、人因性危害評估、實驗室巡檢與不法侵害宣導等多元服務,協助師生了解與預防身心健康風險。透過專業醫師面對面諮詢與健康教育,建立完善之心理與職場健康支持系統,落實員工及學生之身心安全與職場健康促進,具體呼應 SDG3.3.5 所倡導之「提供心理健康支持與促進全人健康」之目標。
