According to the Smart Green Building Promotion Program, newly constructed public buildings with a total construction budget of over NT$200 million must apply for the Qualified Smart Building certification.

By adhering to the Smart Green Building Promotion Program and applying for the Qualified Smart Building certification, the project ensures that advanced energy management systems are integrated into the building, improving overall energy efficiency. This initiative supports the sustainable impact of reducing energy consumption and promoting smarter, more efficient building practices, contributing to the long-term goal of upgrading buildings to higher energy efficiency.

依據智慧綠建築推動方案，公有新建建築物之總工程建造經費達新臺幣 2 億元以上，申請合格級智慧建築。

永續影響力：將節能技術融入新建公共建築，透過遵循智慧綠建築推動計畫並申請認證，提升建築的整體能源效率。此舉不僅減少能源消耗，還推動更智能、高效的建築實踐。最終，促進建築物長期升級至更高的能源效率，支持可持續發展目標。
